Event tickets
- 7 or more days before the event: 50% refund, less payment-gateway fees.
- Less than 7 days before the event, or no-show: non-refundable.
If we cancel an event
If HappierHour cancels or reschedules an event you've booked, you'll receive a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled date.
1:1 expert sessions
- Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance: 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours: non-refundable.
- If the expert cancels, you'll be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
How to request a refund
Write to us via the Contact page with your booking ID. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
